About the Role
We are excited to offer a casual position for a Van Driver to join our supportive team. This role requires flexibility and availability, as it will be based on village demand.
In this position, you will:
- Ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of residents and others in the village van.
- Provide a welcoming, helpful, and friendly approach to all passengers, ensuring that each outing is an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, including passenger safety, adherence to road regulations, and vehicle upkeep.
- Collaborate closely with and support your colleagues.
About You
To thrive in our caring environment, you will possess:
- A strong sense of empathy.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- The ability to drive a manual van.
- A current, clean New Zealand Full Driver's License.
- A current P-Endorsed License.
