About the Role We are seeking a Programme Facilitator to join our team in Christchurch. In this role, you will focus on building relationships and engaging with individuals, supporting them in their journey toward improved wellbeing. You will help participants gain knowledge and skills, reach their goals, and attain their aspirations. Key responsibilities include: - Facilitating and promoting a variety of programs - Supporting participants to meet their unique needs - Collaborating with our wider team to offer holistic care - Being prepared and adaptable in your approach About You To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand - Experience in individual or group facilitation - Background in social services and experience working with diverse populations - A clean full driving license We are looking for candidates who are adaptable, energetic, self-motivated, and committed to our mission of caring for people, transforming lives, and reforming society. The starting annual salary for the Programme Facilitator role is between $61,700 and $68,800.
