About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Planning & Inventory Supervisor to take charge of our extensive inventory. In this role, you will ensure that we have the right products available at the right time for our customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is ideal for someone with experience in scheduling and planning within a manufacturing setting.
In this dynamic role, you will need to navigate the complexities of plant inventory management, as plants can be unpredictable. Your ability to problem-solve and maintain a curious mindset will be essential. This hands-on position requires you to work closely with your team to deliver excellent support and operational efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
- Planning weekly production schedules and communicating them to relevant stakeholders
- Managing products for speculative and promotional sales
- Leading and collaborating with a small audit team to ensure that products are ready for sale

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Some leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (intermediate level)
- Ability to work under deadlines and remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak season (September to December)
