About the Company At Onestaff, we are proud to partner with a locally based client that specializes in supplying precast concrete units for various sectors, including residential, light commercial, commercial, and civil construction throughout the South Island. Our client is currently seeking experienced and skilled Precasters to join their team for a long-term engagement. About the Role As a Precaster, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality precast concrete units. Your responsibilities will include working with precast concrete, molds, and reinforced steel, as well as constructing and dismantling formwork structures. You will need to accurately read panel plans, set up, and pour concrete panels, ensuring that all work meets industry standards. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in working with precast concrete, molds, and reinforced steel - Ability to read panel plans and set up as well as pour concrete panels - Proficiency in concrete finishing - A reliable and hardworking attitude, with a commitment to teamwork - Access to your own reliable transportation Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.
