About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our team of casual staff in the Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, and Papamoa regions. This role offers the flexibility to work around your other commitments, allowing you to choose when and where you work. As a Chef, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the dining services team in busy kitchens within rest homes, hospitals, and retirement villages. You will coordinate all aspects of kitchen food service delivery, ensuring that every resident enjoys meals crafted with love, creativity, and passion. You will also be responsible for meeting food quality, budgetary, and hygiene standards, leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver meals of the highest standard, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace.
