About the Role We offer a range of positions with flexible full-time and part-time work hours to fit your lifestyle. As a member of our team, you will be rewarded with competitive pay starting at $23.50 per hour. If you are Gold Star certified and working in a Cook role, your hourly wage can increase to $24.74. For those taking on the responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor, you can earn up to $29.63 per hour. Additionally, we provide a complimentary meal when you work a shift longer than four hours. In your role as a Customer Champion, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers, preparing and serving delicious KFC meals while ensuring that the store remains clean and tidy. If you join us as a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading and cooking it to perfection, as well as managing the kitchen's cleanliness and fresh chicken supplies. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team in providing outstanding service throughout your shift. Requirements We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to work in a fast-paced team environment. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You must be at least 15 years old and eligible to work in New Zealand.
