About the Role We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Assistant Branch Manager at our BNT Hamilton Branch. In this role, you will serve as a vital support to the Branch Manager, helping to ensure the effective and profitable operation of the branch. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing branch operations and leading a diverse team that includes customer service representatives, drivers, and warehouse assistants. You will play a key role in managing customer service, warehouse, and delivery functions, contributing to our mission of providing excellent service to our customers. This full-time position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with alternate Saturday mornings. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess a passion for leading and developing teams. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting a team and a full, clean driver’s license.
