About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented Team Administrator to join our Reproductive Medicine department at Fertility Plus. This permanent, full-time position is available immediately for the right candidate. Fertility Plus has been a leader in fertility treatments for over 30 years, providing a wide range of secondary and tertiary reproductive endocrinology and infertility services to women in the Northern Region.
In this role, you will manage a comprehensive range of administrative and reception tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, coordinating clinic appointments, and collaborating closely with our senior clinical management teams to support the clerical processes.
Requirements
To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Experience in a similar role within a hospital environment is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to work effectively within a team of health practitioners
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori
- Attention to detail and innovative problem-solving abilities
