Te Whetu Tawera, located at Auckland City Hospital, is a 58-bed inpatient psychiatric unit, which includes 12 Intensive Care Unit beds. As a 24-hour service, we offer specialist assessment, treatment, and care for adults experiencing severe mental distress that necessitates acute hospital care.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our team at Te Whetu Tawera. This is a permanent, part-time position with rostered shifts available between Monday and Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This role presents an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to enter the health sector, as well as those with prior administration experience who are eager to become part of a supportive and purpose-driven team.
As a Team Administrator, you will provide essential support to both our clinical and non-clinical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, resilience, and exceptional organizational skills, while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements
