Team Lead - Reporting Systems

About the Role In this role, you will lead the Reporting Systems team, initially engaging in hands-on development to gain a thorough understanding of existing workflows. Once familiarized, you will transition into a strategic leadership position, where you will define the technical direction and architect modern, scalable reporting solutions. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of Reporting Engineers - Design and maintain reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and iNetClear - Develop .NET applications and optimize SQL queries - Architect the transition to modern reporting platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders - Manage reporting-related support functions and maintain documentation Requirements - Proven experience with SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and .NET - Experience in architecting or migrating reporting platforms - Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts - Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Familiarity with modern reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker - Ability to work on-site five days a week Benefits - Influence the strategic direction of our reporting systems - Join a supportive and future-focused team - Seize the opportunity to modernize legacy systems If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to apply now.
