About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Fitter and Turner, Fitter Machinist, or Toolmaker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing assigned service tasks efficiently and professionally. Punctuality and courtesy when interacting with clients are essential.
You will also assist the base Works Manager in job allocation, particularly when work has not been assigned for the following day in the absence of a senior technician. Supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment is crucial.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area, both in the workshop and on-site, is part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to document all workshop activities on a job sheet at the end of each day.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should hold qualifications as a Fitter and Turner, Fitter Machinist, or Toolmaker. Experience in on-site service within the oil and energy sector is preferred. A strong ability to work as part of a team and effective communication skills are necessary for this position.
