You will work closely with our operations team to provide customized international logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding (air and sea), 3PL, and supply chain solutions. - Build and manage long-term relationships with importers, exporters, and key commercial accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. - Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and support overall growth. - Stay informed about global freight trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. Requirements - Proven experience in international freight forwarding (air and sea) and a strong understanding of global logistics. - A background in Business Development Management, Sales, or Key Account Management within the freight and supply chain sector. - An existing network of clients and contacts within the import/export industries across New Zealand. - Target-driven with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. - Confidence in negotiating and presenting end-to-end freight solutions to senior stakeholders.
