Change Manager - Intermediate

About the Role We are looking for an Intermediate Change Manager to join our team on an 11-month contract. In this role, you will support end-to-end change activities across various business units. You will lead impact assessments, conduct gap analysis, and collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders across New Zealand to integrate agile and lean thinking into our daily operations. Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for: - Delivering comprehensive change management activities across transformation workstreams. - Conducting impact assessments and gap analysis to inform change strategies. - Engaging with stakeholders both online and in-person throughout the country. - Collaborating with Agile Coaches and business leaders to embed new practices. - Tracking and managing change readiness, resistance, and adoption. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - 3-5 years of experience in change management. - Strong expertise in conducting impact assessments and gap analysis. - Comfort in facilitating discussions with stakeholders both in person and online. - Proven ability to deliver change initiatives in agile, fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication skills, along with strong planning and organizational abilities.
