About the Role
We are currently seeking qualified Anaesthetic Technicians, Operating Department Practitioners, or Anaesthetic Nurses to join our team. We offer both full-time and part-time fixed-term positions, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent roles. Our work schedule includes shift patterns from Monday to Sunday, encompassing 24/7 operations and on-call duties.

About the Team/Service/Location
You will be part of our dedicated Anaesthetic Technician team located in the operating theatres for Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Our Level 9 Operating Rooms provide acute and elective perioperative services around the clock. As a national referral center for certain specialties, Te Toka Tumai offers exposure to unique surgeries not commonly seen elsewhere in Aotearoa New Zealand, including Gynaecological Oncology and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Anaesthetic Technician or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from the Medical Council of New Zealand. We are looking for individuals with relevant experience as an Anaesthetic Technician or Anaesthetic Nurse in a clinical setting.
