As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. About the Role We are currently looking for Junior Joiners to support our expanding business. In this role, you will work on a range of projects that require organized and trustworthy individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship. We value motivation and a results-driven attitude. Flexibility in work locations is essential, as you may be required to assist projects across six regions. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will: - Fabricate and install custom joinery and cabinetry. - Perform general framing, fix-outs, door hanging, skirting, and architraves. - Measure and cut materials with precision. - Collaborate effectively as part of a team. - Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. - Work alongside other trades as needed. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: - Previous experience within the construction industry. - A solid understanding of tools, machinery, and safety procedures. - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. - A manual driver’s license and your own transport (preferred). - The ability to pass a Criminal Check and Drug Test. Location Your primary work locations will include Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago. What We Offer We provide a competitive pay rate of $28 to $35 per hour, with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week.
