We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation and excellence in the industry. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will work primarily Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday shifts based on production needs. Our ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and ready to take on a variety of maintenance tasks and projects. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Your responsibilities will include keeping up with scheduled planned maintenance, addressing breakdowns, and engaging in improvement projects that will allow you to contribute meaningfully to our operations. Requirements The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Experience in Maintenance Engineering - Proficiency in fault finding and resolving issues on production plant equipment - Strong communication skills - An understanding of steam operations, particularly a boiler ticket, would be advantageous - Computer literacy - A positive, can-do attitude - Effective time management skills - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Benefits Joining Alsco Uniforms means becoming part of a unique production industry that features a wide range of plant equipment, along with numerous opportunities for training and advancement within the company.
