Salary for this position is dependent on experience, ranging from NZ$185,380 to NZ$267,980, plus additional benefits such as Continuing Medical Education (CME) support. We also provide assistance with visa processes, in-house immigration advisors, and support from the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).
About the Role
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist who is genuinely committed to serving our diverse and culturally rich community. You will need to excel in promoting teamwork and adeptly navigate the complexities of providing care to individuals with multifaceted needs, fostering a strong team culture with a focus on equitable health systems and outcomes.
In collaboration with the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on strategic and service development. Working closely with the Service Manager for Acute Hospital Services, the Clinical Head, and members of the Senior Leadership Team, you will help implement service goals and cultivate an environment of excellence by applying the latest evidence to inform our model of care.
