We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to excellence, and we are currently looking to expand our team with a full-time Retail Buyer. About the Role In the role of Retail Buyer, you will work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your main responsibilities will include researching and analyzing market trends, understanding customer preferences, and assessing seasonal demands. You will select and purchase products that align with our brand image and budget, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Additionally, you will negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and promotional support with our suppliers. Monitoring stock levels, sales performance, and markdowns will be essential for informing future buying decisions. You will collaborate with our merchandising, marketing, and visual teams to create cohesive product stories and attend trade shows, fashion weeks, or supplier meetings to discover new products and trends. Furthermore, you will prepare and present buying reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to management. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess at least three years of relevant experience or hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification. We expect candidates to be physically fit and to have a clear criminal record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
