About the Role
As a Process Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production line, where you will be involved in manufacturing, assembling, or packing a variety of products. Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
- Assembling and packaging products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Inspecting finished products to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Meeting daily production targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
- Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents, or hold a valid work visa (such as a working holiday visa).
