About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village located in Birkenhead (North Shore) as a Caregiver. This part-time position requires availability from Sunday to Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In this role, you will have the chance to: - Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families - Follow individualized care plans to provide care that meets the highest standards - Utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman - Collaborate closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment About You To succeed in our caring and supportive environment, we are looking for candidates who possess: - A natural kindness and empathy - Excellent communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While previous experience in aged care is appreciated, it is not a requirement for this role.
