About the Role We are seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. In your role as a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, assisting our clients in achieving greater independence within their homes and communities. You will provide both practical and emotional support, helping our clients to reach their goals and realize their potential. Your responsibilities will vary based on individual care plans and may include: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Administration of medication - Personal care (such as showering and toileting) - Home management tasks (including housework) Requirements We are looking for individuals who have a strong desire to help and support others, demonstrating excellence in all that they do. While previous healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred, it is not essential.
