About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Community Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in their community. Whether you are seeking flexible hours to accommodate other commitments or prefer a regular roster, we offer a range of permanent, part-time positions.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to lead independent lives in their homes and communities. You will provide both practical and emotional support, helping clients achieve their personal goals as outlined in their individualized care plans.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and integration
- Medication supervision
- Assistance with personal care (such as showering and toileting)
- Home management tasks
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are available to work weekends and possess a positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to excellence. While previous caregiving experience is advantageous, strong communication skills are essential. Healthcare qualifications will be considered a plus. Most roles will require a full New Zealand driver's license and reliable transport.

You can expect to earn between $23.50 and $29.10 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer flexible scheduling options with shifts available from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday, with both full-time and part-time positions.
