About the Role
As a vital member of our expanding machinery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' agricultural equipment performs exceptionally from day one. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering equipment to the highest standards, conducting repairs both in our workshop and on-site, and ensuring every job is completed correctly the first time.
We expect you to maintain exceptional workmanship and safety standards while collaborating closely with our machinery team across service, parts, and sales. This role offers a variety of challenges and the opportunity to work hands-on with premium machinery brands.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who is passionate about the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, along with a willingness to learn
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- A readiness to learn and adapt to new technologies or equipment
