About the Role
As a vital member of our expanding machinery team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our customers' agricultural equipment is ready to perform at its best from day one. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering equipment to the highest standards, conducting repairs both in our workshop and on-site in the field, and ensuring that every job is completed correctly the first time.
You will maintain exceptional workmanship and safety standards while collaborating closely with our machinery team, which includes service, parts, and sales. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, challenges, and the opportunity to work hands-on with premium machinery brands.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled, hands-on technician with a passion for the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, along with a willingness to learn
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- A readiness to learn and adapt to new technologies or equipment
