About the Role This position typically requires availability from Tuesday to Saturday, with working hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. As the Availability 2IC (Second-in-Charge), you will play a crucial role in store presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery during off-peak hours to minimize customer disruption. Maintaining tight timelines is essential to ensure our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing, and this requires strong leadership. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Availability Manager, taking responsibility for stock availability, executing the Manager’s Trading Plan, and overseeing the Fill Teams. This position primarily operates in the evenings.
