You will also ensure that residents receive exceptional support, addressing the needs of vulnerable individuals and maintaining effective communication with their families. Your creativity will shine as you bring celebrations to life with themed decorations and experiences centered around key calendar events. A good level of fitness will be beneficial, as you will be responsible for delivering exercise programs, coordinating regular outings, and organizing sporting and recreational events.
