About the Role We are currently seeking a part-time office administrator to join our team for approximately 18-20 hours per week. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideally suited for individuals looking to balance work with school commitments. The role is based in a convenient location and involves working three days a week. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of general office administration tasks that support our business operations. Your day-to-day activities will include: - Answering phone calls and emails, handling client inquiries on a daily basis. - Accurately transcribing and typing documents, with a focus on speed and precision. - Managing emails, scheduling appointments, and facilitating client communication. - Maintaining records and contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in transcription or a demonstrated ability to touch type. - Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills. - Confidence in interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - The ability to adapt and effectively manage changes as they arise.
