About the Role We are currently seeking a Project Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment with a variety of tasks and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people. As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Development Director and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support to the Development Director, including arranging travel, managing schedules, and compiling project information. - Communicating key information and feedback to external consultants and development partners. - Assisting in obtaining additional information for project variations. - Preparing and organizing contract documentation, reports, and records. - Supporting client onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring clear communication throughout. - Scheduling meetings and site visits, and attending meetings to take minutes when required, while following up on outstanding project matters. - Offering general administrative support to the Senior Development Managers. - Assisting with marketing, communications, and customer relationship management. Requirements We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a busy role and can effectively manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously while maintaining a positive reputation for our firm. The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in a project administration or team support role, preferably within the property sector (though property experience is not mandatory). - A high-energy approach and a commitment to delivering quality work.
