About the Role We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Mata Ahupae - Hall Administrator to support our Halls of Residence. In this role, you will work closely with the Hall management team and other accommodation support services, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of our Hall and Accommodation services. As the Hall Administrator, you will assist the Tumuaki Taupuni - Head of Hall with operational and financial management tasks. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality, student-centered administrative services that ensure our residents have an exceptional experience in their first-year hall of residence. About You We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, customer-focused, well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive. You should be quick to learn, adaptable, and passionate about helping others. A strong systems focus is essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with residents. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience working in a frontline, customer-focused environment - Experience in invoicing, accounts, and financial administration - Experience working with young people from diverse backgrounds - Proven experience with finance and database systems - Experience managing a busy and diverse office environment - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Requirements Please note that candidates must be citizens or residents of New Zealand or Australia, or hold a current working visa.
