About the Role We are currently seeking a Service Support Team Member to join our team at the Papanui store. This position is essential for ensuring that all the important tasks that often go unnoticed are handled efficiently. Responsibilities will include assisting customers with lifting items, bringing in trolleys, and managing the disposal of rubbish. To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a positive attitude and a friendly smile every day. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: - Enthusiasm and a strong sense of team spirit - The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - A passion for delivering excellent customer service - Good time management skills - A willingness to learn and adapt - Strong communication skills - A mature and responsible attitude This role involves working Monday to Friday for approximately 42.5 hours per week.
