About the Role We have an exciting Fixed Term opportunity for a Customer/Service Person in Timaru to cover parental leave until December 20, 2025. This position is ideal for individuals on a Working Holiday Visa looking to gain valuable experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is ready for hire, which is a critical part of our operations. As a Customer/Service Person, you will provide advice and support to customers both over the phone and in-branch, helping them select the right equipment for their projects. While prior industry experience is not required, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working with tools and machinery, and who is eager to develop their skills and grow within our company. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess a Full Driver Licence, with additional classes and endorsements being advantageous. Basic to intermediate computer skills are necessary, and you should be comfortable working on a rostered basis. Above all, we value a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to collaborate with our team.
