About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and hands-on Sales Manager who will serve as an ambassador for our brand. In this role, you will inspire and lead a team of sales consultants to positively influence the lives of our members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales psychology. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring effective sales strategies while motivating your team to reach and exceed sales targets. Your main objective will be to lead and develop the membership sales team at our Auckland location.
This position reports directly to the Club's General Manager and the Group Sales Manager. Next Gen Clubs offers genuine opportunities for career progression, both locally and internationally. Requirements
- A minimum of two years of successful experience as a Sales Manager
- A demonstrated history of building and managing effective sales teams
- Experience in the Health and Fitness sector
- Strong ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of sales psychology
- Proven ability to implement and monitor sales strategies
- Established knowledge of marketing concepts and methods
- Drive to increase Club memberships, including corporate memberships
- Capability to develop strategies that enhance ancillary revenue through member spending
