About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Person to join our team in Greymouth. In this role, you will work closely with tools and machinery while providing excellent service to our customers. We are looking for someone who is eager to develop their skills and build a career with us. As a Customer Service Person, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our equipment is ready for hire. This is a crucial aspect of our operations. You will also provide advice and support to customers both over the phone and in our branch, helping them choose the right equipment for their specific projects. No prior industry experience is required, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training. All we ask for is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
