About the Role We are currently seeking qualified Carpenters to join our team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. You will be responsible for installing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and cabinetry, utilizing various materials including wood, drywall, and metal. Safety is a top priority for us, so you will ensure that all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Collaboration is key, and you will work alongside other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Requirements Our ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in carpentry and woodwork. You should be able to provide two references from previous employers and possess a comprehensive understanding of building standards. The ability to follow leadership and prioritize health and safety is essential. A solid range of hand and basic power tools is advantageous. If you are overseas qualified and have just arrived in New Zealand, we would love to discuss how we can assist you in entering the field here.
