About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at our Ngauranga site. In this permanent full-time position, you will manage your own ledger of larger clients, engaging in a variety of tasks that encompass administration and customer service support across the branch. Applicants must be New Zealand residents or citizens.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily management of ledgers
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Preparing monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with debt collection processes
- Conducting revenue audits
- Maintaining regular contact with clients via phone and email
- Supporting the Operations Manager, Administration team, Customer Service Representatives, and wider team
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in credit control, along with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.

- Proficiency in using database systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
