About the Role We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee a team of 12 to 15 stone benchtop fabricators. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our workshop, keeping jobs on schedule and maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with the team on the floor, addressing challenges as they arise and fostering a positive and focused work environment. With approximately 30 benchtops produced each week, this role offers the opportunity to implement your ideas for streamlining and enhancing our production capabilities. Your hands-on approach will be essential in driving the team's success.
