About the Role We are seeking a Fabrication Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring our talented fabricators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead the team to meet production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily workflow, prioritizing tasks for timely delivery, monitoring team performance, and providing necessary training. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that safety protocols and best practices are adhered to at all times. Collaboration with our engineering, planning, and quality departments will be essential to resolve issues and enhance processes. Requirements The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven experience in the fabrication industry, with a strong background in leadership or supervisory roles. You should possess excellent technical knowledge of fabrication tools, machinery, and processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to function well under pressure are essential. We are looking for someone with strong communication and team management skills and a firm commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
