About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager for Women's Health in Maternity and GONC. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our service performance aligns with the directorate's objectives and targets. Your leadership will drive performance improvement and innovation within a complex stakeholder environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise while fostering ongoing professional development in a patient-centered and dynamic setting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong planning, organizing, communication, problem-solving, risk mitigation, and engagement abilities
- A proven track record in business and financial management, preferably within the health sector
- A strong commitment to best practice patient care and achieving health targets
- A relevant tertiary qualification
