About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic with leadership experience to join our team as a Workshop Foreman at our Penrose location. This full-time position operates from Monday to Saturday. In this role, you will lead a small team, oversee daily tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure the workshop runs efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for: - Leading and supervising a team of mechanics - Overseeing maintenance and repair work to ensure quality and efficiency - Managing workflow and allocating tasks to meet deadlines - Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Completing any relevant paperwork About You To be successful in this role, you must possess: - Relevant industry experience and proven leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Strong communication skills - A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$48, along with a tool allowance.
