About the Role
We are thrilled to offer an opportunity to join the team at Charles Upham Retirement Village in Rangiora, located just 30 minutes from Christchurch City, as a Caregiver. We have two full-time positions available, requiring a minimum of 30 hours of work per week from Monday to Sunday.
In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, providing care that meets our high standards of compassion and quality, as if it were for your own loved ones. You will also utilize our innovative technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, and collaborate closely with your colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team environment.
About You
To succeed in our caring and supportive environment, we are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in kindness and empathy. Outstanding communication skills and a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor are essential. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
