About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village in Christchurch as a Caregiver. We currently have a full-time position available. In this role, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individualized care plans, ensuring that the care you provide is of the highest standard—care that you would want for your own loved ones. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. About You To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, we are looking for individuals who possess kindness as a core value. Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills are essential, along with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is desirable, it is not a strict requirement.
