About the Role We are currently seeking caring and motivated support workers to join our team. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Previous experience as a support worker in either community or residential settings. - Ability to work within a framework that recognizes and celebrates the strengths of each client. - Skills in life-coaching, caregiving, companionship, and motivation. - Availability to work on weekends. - A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. - A Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 healthcare qualification is essential.
