We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator/Labourer to join our factory team in Hornby, with an immediate start available.
About the Role
This position is a night shift role, scheduled from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. As a Forklift Operator/Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to various tasks within the factory setting.
The compensation for this position is $25.00 per hour, along with additional overtime rates, shift allowances, and meal allowances.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A current OSH certificate and a minimum of one year of forklift operating experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work safely within a team environment
- Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and manual labor, as well as the stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts and machinery
- Performing general labouring tasks, including cleaning duties as required
