About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Hospitality Operations Manager to take charge of our daily operations. This role involves upholding service excellence while managing our venue's systems, people, and processes with confidence and consistency.
As a leader, you will understand the significance of high-quality guest service and the importance of efficient systems, financial responsibility, and cultivating a strong team culture. A balance of hands-on service leadership and operational oversight will be essential to your success in this position.
In this role, you will manage the Front of House team, which includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, staff rosters, and wage control. You will also be responsible for cellar door engagement, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing POS and reservation systems, and maintaining stock and cost control. Collaboration with the Head Chef and marketing and events teams will be crucial to ensure the seamless execution of restaurant service, tastings, and functions.
Wine knowledge and a genuine interest in furthering your education in this area will be advantageous.
