We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Structural Steel Fabricators to join our team for full-time, permanent roles. About the Role As a Structural Steel Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in infrastructure and commercial construction projects throughout the country. Your responsibilities will include the placement, securing, and tying of structural steel components according to engineering plans. This position requires a commitment to ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards. Full-time positions are available, with site locations determined by project demands. Key Responsibilities - Interpret engineering plans and drawings to accurately place and secure structural steel components. - Tie reinforcement steel using appropriate techniques for various reinforcement systems. - Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure the timely and safe installation of steelwork. - Comply with all health, safety, and quality standards on-site. - Work efficiently within large construction teams while meeting strict deadlines. Requirements - A minimum of 2 years of experience working with structural steel placement and reinforcement tying, either locally or internationally. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings. - Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity. - Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control protocols in steel construction. - Experience in commercial, civil, or infrastructure construction projects is preferred. - Relevant trade experience or qualifications will be considered advantageous.
