About the Role We are looking for a Joiner with installation experience to join our team in Cromwell. In this role, you will utilize your skills to produce high-quality household joinery while working in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standard. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities You will be responsible for mastering quality control techniques to uphold our commitment to perfection. This includes using tools and materials to bring projects to life and communicating effectively with your team to promote collaboration. You will also inspect materials to ensure they meet our high standards and dive into both solo and team projects. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential to maintain a safe working environment. Additionally, you will read plans accurately, load, deliver, and install joinery with precision, and tackle various other tasks as assigned by the team. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of relevant experience and a solid level of physical fitness, as the job involves lifting. Practical problem-solving skills and a positive attitude are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines and stay organized. An eye for detail is crucial, as we strive for perfection in every project. Benefits We offer competitive pay ranging from $32 to $40 per hour, based on skills and experience. The position is full-time and permanent, with guaranteed hours of a minimum of 40 per week, up to 48.5 hours.
