About the Role We are currently seeking a Nightfill Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading our night crew, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and ready for our customers each morning. As the Nightfill Assistant Manager, your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our store’s high standards will be essential. Collaborating closely with the Night Fill Manager, you will help motivate the team, coordinate tasks, and oversee efficient stock replenishment. Your problem-solving abilities and focus on continuous improvement will be invaluable as you work to optimize processes and enhance operations. Requirements We are looking for dependable and trustworthy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and people-first approach will be vital to your success in our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM, totaling 45 hours per week. Candidates must have New Zealand Citizenship, New Zealand Permanent Residency, or a valid New Zealand Work Permit. Please note that pre-employment drug screening will be conducted as part of the application process.
