About the Role We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our team in Kate Valley, North Canterbury. This role requires a strong focus on developing and maintaining operational capability and service delivery. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and play a vital role in enhancing our operational excellence and driving continuous improvement. Requirements To thrive in this position, you should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and possess a keen commercial acumen along with a solid understanding of mobile plant and equipment. You must be results-driven, resilient under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills. A relevant degree is desirable but not mandatory. As a leader, you will set an example for your team, engaging and inspiring others while demonstrating a willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations. It is essential that you embody our company's vision, values, and purpose and effectively communicate these to your team, helping them connect their responsibilities to our overall mission. You should be aware of your team's strengths and areas for development, and you will need to be passionate about mentoring and fostering their growth. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a production, mining, quarrying, or manufacturing environment at a senior level.
