About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Service Nurse Manager for Kidz First Neonatal Care. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our services through your proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented support.
Your responsibilities will include managing key administrative tasks and providing direct support to the Service Manager. Your efforts will help enhance efficiency and clarity within the team, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional neonatal care. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, based at Middlemore Hospital.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who can anticipate needs and remain calm under pressure. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and bring energy, initiative, and professionalism to your work.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a support role for senior staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently at all levels.
- Strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities with grace and precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in reporting, documentation, and writing.
- A proactive, positive, and discreet approach to work.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards.
