About the Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our close-knit team. This role offers a rotating roster with options for either a two days, two nights schedule followed by four days off, or a Monday to Friday schedule. The shifts are as follows:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Monday to Friday: Week 1 from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Week 2 from 3:00 PM to Midnight
You will be responsible for operating a 5-ton counterbalance forklift, and some physical work will be required alongside forklift operation. Our facility operates throughout the year, including public holidays, so flexibility in your availability is essential.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Current OSH Forklift Licence
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift of 3 tonnes or above
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (15-25 kg)
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Strong initiative and the ability to follow directions accurately
